Rooms and comfort
All suites offer individual air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a private entrance, tile floors, a flat-screen TV, a desk and a seating area with sofa, a wardrobe or clothes rack, a socket near the bed, a mosquito net, quality linens, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. All rooms are non-smoking and family rooms are available.
Bathroom
Every suite has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, toilet, bathrobes, free toiletries, hairdryer, towels and toilet paper.
Breakfast and kitchen
An Italian breakfast, with a gluten-free option, is served at a cafe a few steps from the house, and breakfast in the room is also available. Guests can use the shared kitchen and communal spaces, with a refrigerator and kettle in each suite.
Outdoors and views
The property has a terrace and balcony with city and landmark views, quiet places to read or simply take in the atmosphere of the historic centre.
Services and hospitality
Private and express check-in and check-out, daily housekeeping, free wifi in all areas and CCTV outside the property. Bicycle rental, bike tours, walking tours and off-site cooking classes are available on request at an additional charge. Staff speak Italian and English. There is no parking at the property, pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted.
